Civil Engineer
Dustin Scruggs is a licensed engineer in Tennessee with extensive experience in the field. He graduated from Tennessee Tech and has served as the Engineer of Record for major projects and large residential developments in various Middle Tennessee communities. A dedicated professional, he has collaborated with municipal staff, reviewed numerous site plans, and acted as a third-party consultant for stormwater compliance. As a Project Manager for the Metro Nashville Airport Authority, he managed consultants and budgets for capital improvement projects. Actively involved in the community, he has served on the Board of the American Society of Civil Engineers Nashville Branch. In recognition of his contributions, Dustin received the Young Engineer of the Year Award from both the Nashville Branch and the Tennessee Section in 2019.

Clint Camp is a licensed engineer in Tennessee with over 20 years of experience specializing in site design and urban redevelopment. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Tennessee Tech and Vanderbilt University, respectively. A dedicated family man, he has two children in Metro Schools and spends his time following local development trends and historic preservation. In his spare time, Clint is passionate about BBQ and the great outdoors.
